サーバの /var/log/messages を見ていたら以下のようなログが出力されていた。

page allocation failure で検索するとどうやらサーバのメモリ不足が原因らしいけれど、今のサーバを破棄して上位プランのサーバを借りない限りメモリを増やすことはできない。

メモリの使用状況を調べるコマンド cat /proc/buddyinfo も試してみた。DMA32の行で、左側の値が大きく右側の値が小さいほどメモリが断片化しているとのこと。

サーバの再起動でメモリの断片化は一時的には解消されるけれど焼け石に水。新しいサーバ借りるしかないかなあ…。
